Led a team of 130 Directors, Managers, professional, technical, and clerical employees supporting the sales and service of health and life insurance policies for 3 million people, billed $2 billion annually.Responsible for group and individual account installation, benefit configuration, enrollment and billing, underwriting compliance, and Medicare administration. Customers included state and local governments, school systems, retirement systems, major local and national employers, consortiums, chambers of commerce, small employers, and individuals. Moved non-compliant Medicare Advantage program into compliance, implemented federal and state Health Care Reform.

Assumed leadership of multiple operational areas relating to administration of health and life insurance, reduced annual expenses by $1.25 million during first 24 months. Led group and individual account installation, benefit configuration, enrollment and billing, and Provider Data operations.Established administrative operations for expansion into 7 states and major new product introductions, including life insurance products. Led conversion of 50,000 customers to our systems within 120 days of two acquisitions.

Consolidated enrollment and billing operations of two merged companies. Converted 750,000 customers from each company's system to a new corporate system. Reduced staff from 99 to 68, created services levels rated "Best in Class."

Led enrollment, billing, payment reconciliation, and employer customer service operations for Cleveland office.

Performed systems analysis on a large system used by mortgage and consumer lenders to track insurance on loan collateral.
