Provided site development preliminary to detail design, coordinated and assigned work for other departments and delegated drafting work for final design. Developed schedule of quantities compiled specifications and contract documents for tender. Coordinated with the county for development permit approval and issuance of proper permitting for construction (i.e. road haul agreements). Provided contract administration services. Value of project is $5 million. Civil Design Technologist; Albert Public Security and Law Enforcement Training Centre; Alberta Infrastructure; Fort Macleod, Alberta; 2012 - 2012. Created training track and internal road design for successful win of $122 million dollar design build project. Completed highway intersection upgrade design for Alberta Transportation review. Designed internal road network, parking areas, site grading, stormwater management, and site features using AutoCAD Civil 3D for dynamic construction drawings and quantity calculations. Coordinated with contractor for design clarifications, scheduling and survey requirements. Project funding was pulled before completion.
