As the Chief Operating Officer for MaximoGroups.org, a non-profit organization, my current engagement involves supporting and promoting Maximo professionals and users through sharing knowledge and experience, showcasing successes, highlighting challenges, and facilitating professional and personal relationships through on-site regional events.Before this, I worked as a Marketing Manager for the IBM Maximo side of the house at Prometheus Group. In this role, I focused on IBM Maximo-related key events and developed marketing strategies to support branding, thought leadership, education, and networking. My previous work experience includes positions such as Director of Marketing & Events, Program and Account Manager, Inventory Program Engineer, Training Specialist, and Regional Recruiter with various organizations.My expertise in the power generation field includes working with both natural gas and hydro, as well as a decade of experience with a mobile computing software company offering 3rd party integration within the IBM Maximo EAM system. I have also provided business analysis support, program development, and warehouse optimization programs supporting inventory management for a fleet of over 85 power plants. I am also well-versed in workflow validation. My focus is on improving maintenance operations and business processes to increase productivity, reduce asset downtime, increase data accuracy, and lower operating costs.As an Event Director, Coordinator, Facilitator, MC, and Sponsor, I have established and coordinated ongoing events, meetings, and workshops to bring end-users together regularly. I have presented at key events in the Maximo market targeting Facilities, Utilities, Transportation, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, and Power generation as host, sponsor, and presenter. Outside of work, I enjoy sustainably managing my certified small farm/vineyard and making wine. Additionally, I am passionate about music and perform with my local band "Time Travelers". I also have a love for classic performance hot rods and enjoy spending time with my Brittany spaniels, who often take me hiking and fishing.
