Developed inventory optimization program and warehouse standardization. Introduced Calpine's fleet of 86 power plants to bar coding and mobile technology to work with IBM Maximo. Designed standard warehouse model and storage systems design for new plant construction. Developed Operator inspection rounds mobile system for scheduled operator inspections utilizing bar coding and mobile technology with Maximo EAM system. Developed a Regional warehouse program to consolidate long lead time and critical equipment on a consignment basis greatly reducing fleet inventory carrying costs and increasing availability of critical spares to reduce down time of critical assets.
