Current• Run monthly Core Network Reliability meetings for executive leadership. Collaborate with contributors across the company to present up to date readouts of network availability and trends, plans and status updates for network upgrades and improvements, as well as refinements to maintenance and restoration processes.• Collaborate with several engineering/project teams to provide executive leadership with overview and objective understanding of Core Network emerging architecture technologies as they pertain to improving and sustaining reliability. • Created, deployed, and managed a Global Reliability Program to improve and maintain platform resiliency through analysis and exercise.
