I have 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry contributing to the discovery of new drug candidates. My past laboratory research has spanned multiple therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, diabetes, and neurodegeneration. I have a passion for technologies in drug discovery and a particular passion for developing people. My past responsibilities include leadership of extremely talented groups of scientists in the areas of analytical chemistry, automation technologies, synthetic technologies, computational chemistry, cheminformatics, global sample management, fragment based drug discovery, lead generation, research IT, and technology integrated medicinal chemistry. I currently lead due diligence teams and am committed to strengthening the academic research ecosystem through exploration of creative new ways to bring scientists together to advance life sciences research.
