Grew the organization from 4 people working on one project in 2012 to a global team of 20+ people working 3+ parallel projects. Led the team responsible for developing and launching Vessi Fermentor and Dispenser, Swash Clothing Care System, Lavadora Manual, and the upcoming launch of Zera Food Recycler in late summer 2017. Established the first and only UL approved micro-factory in the US to support small volume test markets with UL- certified, saleable products. Led an international engineering team to develop a new front load washer to increase wash capacity as well as leverage global architectures. Coordinated development activities in 2 regions to feed parametric system model and led preliminary trade-off discussions among subsystems as well as across regions to help define single global architecture. Responsible for aligning regions to a single global architecture and trialing a system approach in advanced development in order to facilitate the execution process. Influenced the advanced development process being authored and how it was rolled out across the organization through the development and piloting of new tools and processes.

Led international, cross-functional team to design and launch a new horizontal access washer platform. Responsible for platform cost, design integrity, product architecture and launch timing. Identified and assigned individuals with the appropriate subsystem knowledge to develop technical solutions. Launched industry first innovation of bulk dispensing as well as FanFresh technology. Responsible for reviewing reports, analyzing data, determining a course of action, creating a vision, generating new ideas to resolve issues, test new methods, and seize opportunities to transform vision into profits. The new washer platform earned Consumer Report’s #1 through #4 ranking in late 2010 and then moved to 1st in US horizontal access market share by 2012 for the products.
