Our focus at every course is to create an inviting environment for guests and then work diligently to bring them to the course. Our golf initiatives focus on growing the game, teaching the game and making it more convenient and fun. As General Counsel I am responsible for assisting management to accomplish these goals by helping to evaluate legal and business risks inherent in the industry. In my position, I oversee all legal issues confronting the company including contracts, licenses, permits, acquisitions and divestitures, financing matters, employment matters, insurance, real estate, and litigation.
