Roles have included originations, servicing, and capital markets strategic analysis, data management and data governance, consumer credit policy management, product development & guideline management, establishing risk frameworks and risk appetite limits, consumer credit risk review, emerging risks analysis, loss forecasting, and driving innovation through big data, advanced computing and automation.I am a leader and culture champion. In addition to my roles in Risk Management, I am the co-lead for DE&I communications for Corporate Risk at Wells Fargo. In the past, I was an executive sponsor for the DFW Risk People Council and the DFW Home Lending Culture Council focused on mobility and career development at Chase.
