Leader, culture champion, known for innovation and strong, principled, risk practices.BIO: As a risk executive with almost 25 years committed to improving consumer credit, I bring a wealth of expertise across multiple products including mortgage and home equity, auto (lease and retail), student lending, card, and small business banking from monoline lenders as well as some of the world’s largest banks.Currently, I am the Chief Risk Officer for Home Lending Servicing at Wells Fargo, responsible for a portfolio of around a trillion dollars of mortgage servicing across ~4mm customers, leading a team of 40 risk professionals. My team provides oversight over all aspects of loan servicing including performing servicing, collections, home preservation, loss mitigation, acquisitions and transfers.Over my tenure I have led teams of all sizes including one of the largest analytic teams in Chase with more than 120 analysts spread over eight core sites. Roles have included originations, servicing, and capital markets strategic analysis, data management and data governance, consumer credit policy management, product development & guideline management, establishing risk frameworks and risk appetite limits, consumer credit risk review, emerging risks analysis, loss forecasting, and driving innovation through big data, advanced computing and automation.I am a leader and culture champion. In addition to my roles in Risk Management, I am the co-lead for DE&I communications for Corporate Risk at Wells Fargo. In the past, I was an executive sponsor for the DFW Risk People Council and the DFW Home Lending Culture Council focused on mobility and career development at Chase. In these capacities, I've served over 5,000 Chase professionals in creating a more inclusive environment and in creating pathways for ongoing career growth and success.
