Scott Silen is the founder and President/CEO of Davanti Corporation, HR Software Solutions, and is a graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Scott has more than 15 years experience in the management and operation of technology systems consulting firms and in the selection, installation and implementation of technology and HRMS products.Prior to founding Davanti Corporation, Scott was the founder and President/CEO of Rockleigh Services Corporation, a consulting firm based in Orlando, Florida. Under his management, the company grew to $3Million in revenues in three years.While at Rockleigh, Scott also sourced as Executive Consultant for Ceridian Corporation’s Y2K project due to 10-year familiarity and expertise with Ceridian products. He provided resolution of Ceridian’s Y2K conversion with full accountability for the progress and instruction of Indian factory on Y2K conversion methodologies. Scott provided technical expertise in the development of training programs to enable personnel to obtain momentum of innovative knowledge (typically a 6-month time frame). The proposed 3-week completion was achieved in 10 days. Scott assessed the effectiveness of the Y2K analysis tool, presented recommendations for improvements, and audited base products for Y2K readiness designed for identifying areas of Y2K exposure at client systems.
