Firm Director of Health Systems segment and Internal Audit I PartnerI have more than 25 years of experience leading assurance and consulting engagements with health care organizations including health systems, health insurers, accountable care organizations (ACOs), independent physician practices and long term care organizations. I currently serve as the Director of Health Systems for Eide Bailly’s national health care practice. In addition to this industry role, I also lead the firm's Internal Audit service practice, working with clients on governance, risk assessment, internal control and business control management issues. I also assist clients on debt financing and equity transactions (including initial public offerings and other debt offerings), operational improvement analysis, merger and acquisitions, and other regulatory reporting matters.I currently serve on the Eide Bailly’s Health Care Executive Council. I am also honored to serve as a board and executive committee member at two nonprofit organizations.
