Over the past eight years, my journey with Constellation Software has centered around building and growing a portfolio of 30 vertical market software businesses in Fintech, Proptech, and Digital Marketing. Most recently as CEO of Optimal Blue and President of the Andromeda Group of Constellation, I have focused on driving topline growth and profit through acquisitions and organic development efforts. Our success is reflected in consistently strong P&L outcomes, with returns surpassing 20% on Net Revenue, and in building a formidable strong team of executive leaders. My role requires a strong command of business operations across all functions, customer relationship management, strong business development, and employee development, growth, and retention. Our overall achievements come from the strong team and culture that focuses on customers, employees, products, and a solid work-life balance. I have been with Market Leader for 20+ years from 2002 and been directly involved in a public offering, and multiple sales including Trulia, Zillow, and our final home at Constellation Software, Inc. Prior to this, I spent 14 years at Microsoft living in Seattle and Paris, France creating new business opportunities for Windows and launching internet consumer businesses including Sidewalk.com and HomeAdvisor.com. Strong background in corporate environment, high growth startup through public offering, and new market opportunities. Cross-functional General Management experience including executive level operations and P&L ownership.
