Oversee the development of Pacific Park Brooklyn, a 15 building, 22 acre neighborhood development in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The project is a Public/Private partnership with New York State, Empire State Development Corp. and the City of New York. Greenland has completed 3 building and ~900 residential units and will continue to develop the remaining projects in Pacific Park. In this role, I manage the development of all buildings and projects, lead entitlements and permits, oversee all retail leasing and property management, sales, marketing and government relations.

NYCEDC is responsible for promoting economic growth throughout New York City through real estate development programs, business incentives and more. The real estate group is charged with increasing economic growth through the sale and redevelopment of underutilized real estate throughout New York City.As Vice President in the Real Estate Development and Transaction Services department, I oversaw a broad portfolio of real estate development transactions on behalf of the City and NYCEDC, including but not limited to public/private real estate development projects, including negotiation of contracts, leases and incentives, and guiding projects through public approval processes. In this position, I also inform New York City economic development policy, investment decisions, and affordable housing and incentive program creation through financial analysis

Part time editor covering various topics, including but not limited to real estate, urban planning and hospitality for a leading online publisher.

Responsible for researching, developing and acquiring new material for feature film and television production company. Met with new talent, created strategic relationships in the entertainmnent industry and researched developing trends and new literature in order to create revenue opportunities for the company.
