Mr. Spehar is a recognized Sales and Marketing executive with extensive Leadership experience in the Technology sector supporting; Enterprise, Commercial and Government customers. Currently, Scott serves as VP/GM - Retail Service Sales/Operations at NCR Corporation. He provides leadership guidance for all Service Sales activities including Managed, Transactional and Annuity. Additionally, he governs the enhancement/modification process of existing service offers or the development of new/unique service offers to drive an enhanced customer experience for NCR's Retail customers.Prior assignments included Vice President - Sales, West Area at Avaya, a Global leader in the delivery of next-generation business Collaboration and Communications Software and Services. In this role, Scott was responsible for Sales and Marketing as well as alignment of all resources to drive "Growth" while serving Avaya's customers with excellence.In his previous role, Scott was Vice President; Global Service Sales where he was responsible (World-Wide) for Sales of Support and Operational services for Avaya’s global customers. In that role, he and the team were accountable for positioning Avaya’s “high” value services to ensure customer operational success. Scott also served as President - Avaya Federal Solutions where his team successfully deployed a strategy for Sales growth, built collaborative relationships with Channel Partners and System Integrators while delivering compliance oriented solutions exceeding US Government contracting standards.
