• Responsible for the sales and management of a Big Ass Solutions (BAS) product within the assigned vertical. • Prospect strategically to ensure a large volume of forecasted opportunities.• Provide oversight of distributor sales.• Establish third party sales and contractor revenue goals and projections. • Work in conjunction with team to target customer base and introduce new products.• Present proposals securing commitments on new and continued relationships.• Participate in relevant trade shows.• Record and update records in Salesforce with correspondence and activity.• Team oriented disposition is a must.

• Coordinate all aspects of installation service for install projects by working closely with customers, sales team, certified installers, technical support and others.• Manage multiple projects and project team members, as well as quality of service and team performance.• Ensure construction/install projects are designed and constructed to technical requirements and customer expectations. • Monitor all installations to ensure they meet Big Ass Solutions workmanship quality standards and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.• Work closely with the sales team and installers to prepare installation quotations on a timely basis.• Establish and maintain customer contact to review any installation concerns or changes, with an end result of excellent long-term customer relationships.• Monitor installation process from start to finish and resolve all related problems quickly and effectively.• Visit job sites as needed to review progress and proper installation of products. • Negotiate contracts with third parties.• Maintain installation policies and procedures paperwork and programs for accuracy and completeness.• Coordinate with customer and sales team on installation or project issues (i.e. date, time, verification of sales orders for accuracy, and other information as needed).• Negotiate and authorizes change orders with customers and communicate changes to technical support and sales team to expedite completion of installations.• Use database systems to generate reports and coordinate prices, materials and other outside parties.• Track and monitor shipments of all needed equipment and resources for the installation process.• Ongoing documentation of installer performance to ensure time frames and financial objectives are being met.• Administer departmental policies and procedures accurately and on a timely basis.
