Led sales and development of a $138 Million division encompassing both a direct sales team and an extensive network of manufacturer’s representatives. Infused an aggressive and urgent mentality and initiated a fact-based category management sales process. Customers included Kohl’s, Kmart, Sears, Meijer, Walgreens, CVS, BJ’s, Best Buy, Ace, True Value, Menards, Office Max, Big Lots, Bon Ton.

Led National Accounts Sales operations following Rayovac’s acquisition of Remington and subsequent integration of all brand assets. Assumed full P&L responsibility for selling full product line to leading national accounts including Target, Kmart, Sears, Walgreens, Kohl’s, Meijer, Lowes, Best Buy, Circuit City and Toys ‘R Us, representing $153 Million in sales. Managed strategic planning, sales and business development, promotion, cost management, customer service, forecasting, team of 12 national accounts professionals, and provided strategic direction to an extensive broker network.
