Led Enterprise Information Integration project, coordinating the efforts of two dozen software engineers over a two-year period. This new technology initiative required understanding of integration technologies and products (EAI, ETL, transaction monitors, queuing systems, OLE DB, COM, etc.) to develop plans, direction and competitive positioning.Led a Windows-based web application server project from conception to release, coordinating the efforts of 15 software engineers over an 18-month period, including requirements, design, and implementation.Performed competitive analysis of a Unisys web application server product against other offerings in its market space

Directed the work of up to sixteen people in the maintenance and support of all Unisys 2200 database management system software. Worked directly with customers and customer support staff from all over the world to solve difficult database problems.

Developed and maintained the 2200 relational database management system (RDMS), BASIC compiler, Pascal compiler, and Ada compiler.
