Plan, organize, lead and control the daily operations of DIS. Direct supervision of Houston, Austin and Atlanta regions. Responsible for the smooth installation process and product transition for manufactures, distributors, supervisors and on-site staff. Responsible for facilitating regular team meetings to ensure adequate channels of communication between managers and field staff.

Direct supervision over installation of cabinets, countertops and millwork. Managed completion of residential and commercial construction projects valued in excess of $800,000. Ran crews 20+.
