• Constructed and managed operational plans, intelligence reports, congressional testimonials, and sensitive vulnerability assessments.

• Collaborated with the Defense Intelligence Agency, Partner Nation Intelligence Professionals, and other senior leaders on intelligence process development and procedures.
• Certified, trained and maintained operational readiness of 75 personnel including evaluations and training recommendations.
• Facilitated instruction and mentorship of personnel to increase performance to align with operational needs and expectations.

• Served as the Intelligence Chief for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER) and U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). Developed structure at Marine Forces Special Operations.
• Hand-selected, trained, and directed 383 cross-functional military personnel and managed a $300K operations and training budget.
• Mentored 200+ Intelligence Marines concerning professional development, leadership, education, well-being.
