I find solutions to difficult problems, instill pride in employees, and build high-performing teams.I served on active duty as a Marine for 31 years, from Jan 1993 - Jan 2024. I'm not a hero, but I served with many. I did my duty in a variety of different places, such as Somalia, Albania, Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. I held strategic leadership positions at Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command, Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command, and the Joint Staff J-2. I was the first and only Marine to serve as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for the Defense Intelligence Agency. After this tour, I served as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for the National Security Agency, while concurrently serving as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for United States Cyber Command, the first and only Marine to serve in that position at Cyber Command. I ended my career as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for United States Space Command, again the first and only Marine to lead in this strategic position. My decades of service give me great pride and instilled in me the discipline, integrity, and team player mindset that is necessary to be successful in the private sector. I now run my own company, S2 - Stalker Solutions LLC, focused on national security and leadership/team development. I also enjoy keynote speaking and have inspired thousands with my talks on team building, problem-solving, and national security. I love what I do. I love America, and I take incredible pride in over-delivering on my promises. Contact me if you would like to know more or hire me for my services.
