I have led outstanding business teams to achieve proven financial turnaround, operational improvement and solid business development activities.Since 2014, I have been offering consulting services centered around strategic and annual operating plan execution, strategy/talent development along with M&A support. I have supported the execution and development of strategic and annual plans for several mid market platform companies; each realizing improved EBITDA growth. Important elements in a high performance formula are effective communications, and just having fun with your work. Knowing what makes people tick and how to motivate them also generates dividends by instilling trust in employees. Taking a 20-employee, $5 million company and building it into a $30 million-plus business while watching the employees take ownership was a source of great pride, as was bringing together six small companies with a holding-company mentality and turning them into one focused global operation producing in excess of $200 million in revenue.My leadership style is visionary and affiliate where everyone is offered the chance to succeed.
