• Evaluate the engineering feasibility on newly proposed developments. • Process the engineering plans through all approval agencies. • Plan and review the engineering plans to accept a given product. • Process final subdivision plats, easements, rights of entry and other necessary. Process bonds for subdivision security with municipalities. • Review the Engineers Estimate of Cost to ensure it accurately reflects the scope of the work. • Review and critique grading and improvement plans for their conformance with construction specifications and sound construction practices. • Represent the company at municipal meetings as necessary permissions through municipalities.

• Procure, contract, and manage consulting engineers, subcontractors and specialized consultants• Create & maintain project budgets & cash flows for monthly projections• Provide budget summaries and cost reports on a monthly basis• Prepare and update all project schedules and budgets to ensure all items are processed on time and within budget.• Manage Project Engineers in the coordination of client designs, materials and vendor procurement, field engineering services and the submittal, RFI and Change Order processes• Review field construction activities to confirm schedule completion dates and ensure quality control and contract compliance
