Helped to lead the transition of resources from Spyder Trap to Bright Health after Bright Health acquired Spyder Trap. Immediately immersed myself in on-boarding new broker services tooling, helping to facilitate the tooling requirements, worked with the vendor to ensure that the requirements were fulfilled, and verified the new tool's functionality. Created an internal Document Management System (DMS) for Bright Health that has been optimized across several disciplines in the organization. Currently creating a new Operational Reporting department to consolidate and normalize data from internal and external (vendor) systems for required internal and external reporting.

Included all duties from my Quality & Process Manager role as well as managing day to day operations and gathering key company metrics and actively reporting to C-Suite for more informed decision making. While serving in this role, Spyder Trap saw both record high sales and more importantly, record net profit and record profit margin. Served as the Security Officer for the firm and led the renewal of Spyder Trap's HI-TRUST certification. Proudly helped Spyder Trap earn five straight "Best Companies to Work For" awards from Minnesota Business Magazine as well as "Best of Best Web Development Firm" from Twin Cities Business Magazine.

Expanded the Quality Assurance Lead role to also govern all corporate process and tooling. Acted as a strategic implementor of corporate process solutions that were both required of our company for meeting and successfully achieving HI-TRUST certification and critical to our company's growth and efficiency.

Recognized a true need in the organization and created a separate Quality Assurance department. Ensured consistent quality from the production team by developing and improving production processes, tailoring necessary tooling and leading the testing team.

Managed approximately a dozen projects at any time with a wide variety of clients in different industry verticals including retail, grocery, healthcare, insurance, and architectural design. Planned for and controlled projects from the end of the sales cycle through post mortem on all projects.
