I am excited to have been selected by fellow peers in the cycling community for selecting me as the newest Board Member of Cycling BC

AWAS was started in 1982 by a group of wine buffs who approached the Australian Trade Commissioner in Vancouver to start a group devoted to Australian wines. We have been a registered non-profit society since 1989 with a volunteer Board of Directors. Our mission expanded in the 1990's to include New Zealand wines. We are a fun loving group that enjoys wine, food, laughter and learning.We hold about 10 events between September and June. There are a number of dinners in local restaurants to experience food and wine pairings, plus other events that include winemakers dinners, varietal tastings, and tastings comparing Australian and New Zealand wines with those from other parts of the world. We close out each year with our extremely popular "Barbie".

We have the perfect mix of competition and camaraderie, playing and enjoying over 40s rugby. Our members come from everywhere! Ex-players from all the local rugby clubs such as The Rowing Club RFC (Stanley Park), Meraloma RFC (Kitsilano), Kitsilano Kats RFC (Vancouver), Trojans RFC (Vancouver), Ex-British Lions RFC (Vancouver/Surrey), Scribes RFC (East Vancouver), Capilano RFC (North Vancouver) and Gibsons RFC (Sunshine Coast) as well as clubs throughout BC and Canada call the Evergreens Rugby Club home.

The Glowbal Collection of Restaurants always aim to dazzle our guestsResponsible for all Financial, Accounting and Taxation matters for the entire Glowbal Collection.Providing all accounting related functions, managing all company bank accounts, preparation of monthly management reports, taxation matters including proposals for any group financing. Working with the Director of Operations on budgeting for each location and to work on a weekly reporting basis new for 2017During the pandemic constantly working with obtaining additional funding as well as working with all Government programs and Landlords in order to help maintaining the presence of Glowbal Group and all its restaurants. It has been very difficult for the industry in general and will continue to maintain compliance and professionalism

After many years off the Strata Council some additional support was needed and I was approached by members to re-join the board

The West Coast Canadian Australian Football Club, Better known as the West Coast Saints, are an Australian Rules Football Club based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The club was originally founded in 2008 as a sister club to the Vancouver Cougars, then officially competed in its own right in 2009. The Saints play in the British Columbia Australian Football League (BCAFL) against the Vancouver Cougars, Delta Bay-Hawks and Burnaby Eagles. The season runs from April-September, with home and away games. The league also participates in tournaments throughout Canada and the United States every year.The club incorporated the word "Canadian" into it's official name with the goal to ingrain a culture at the club that fosters the development of Canadian players who have chosen to take up the game of Aussie Rules Football. The success of this goal can be seen in the strong representation of Saints players in past and current North Wind (Canadian National Team) sides competing in the International Cup tournaments.Since inception, the Saints have never missed the Grand Final of the BCAFL, narrowly losing in 2008, 2010 and 2011, but taking home the flag in season 2009, 2013 and again in 2014, a definite pinnacle in the clubs short, yet successful history.
