Manage the accrual and reporting of the bad debt reserve and receivables insurance policy. Communicate risks and concerns to the Sales team, VP of Sales, Controller, COO and President. Responsible for creating and negotiating payment arrangements and settlements on troubled accounts. Address bankruptcy concerns through proof of claim, reclamation procedures and defense of preferential payment claims. Communicate and furnish auditors with requested information. Analyzed customers credit worthiness for carrying Orange Glo products like Oxi Clean, Orange Glo and Kaboom. Customers range from Wal-Mart, Safeway and Walgreens, to retailers in Mexico and Germany. Collected on past due balances as well as disputed invalid deductions. Communicated with upper management and sales personnel with a variety of reports and via the telephone.

Then moved to the A/R, credit and collections department and managed the invoicing, collections and cash reconciliation processes, including training of new associates on proper cashiering procedures. Extended credit to professional photographers and labs and collected money from customers when receivables fell past due.
