At Vanenburg Business Systems, I acted as the primary technical project lead for multiple client projects. Responsible for leading consulting engagements for multiple projects for ERP and e-Commerce implementations. During my time at Vanenburg I was involved in all levels of client engagement, including selling services, quoting services, negotiating, presenting solutions to the executives, and managing resources across multiple projects. My responsibilities also included system and network design that is unique for each individual client application. Additionally, I managed the internally facing IT systems and the operational team that managed the environment. This also included the management of the customer facing service desk for responding to technical issues and defects.
