The 21 Leaders for the 21st Century, commonly known as 21inc. is an innovative non profit organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial leaders aged under 40 years old across Atlantic Canada. Our vision is of an Atlantic Canada with the entrepreneurial leadership required to be prosperous, sustainable, and resilient in an interconnected and global 21st century. The organization was incorporated in 2007 following the Next New Brunswick initiative, an initiative that brought together 21 youth leaders for a 1-year program exploring the future of New Brunswick. Since then the organization has emerged as one of the more promising youth-driven organizations in our region, having graduated close to 200 youth leaders from their programming (21Leaders and the Emerging Leaders Summit) and promoted innovation and regional cooperation through three successful editions of the 'Ideas Festivals'.
