Determines disposition for excess and reusable equipment using DLA Disposition Services, GSAXcess, and authorized transfers. Conducts training of the property custodians on proper hand receipt procedures, using DPAS and proper procedures for turn ins and request through the Footprints system. Suite Security Manager responsible for submissions for access to two suites with Pentagon Force Protection Agency, changing of combinations on X-09 locks, and all issues with doors, locks and suite security. Maintains log entry/exit forms for suite and individuals pin entry numbers for record. Serialization Officer for the DoDOIG with access to DoD Firearms Central Database reporting OIG firearms using the Web UIT interface on DLA Logistics Information Warehouse Portal. Manages tracking of over a thousand weapons for the OIG in two systems, schedules and performs inventories of firearms at sites and at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). Ensures proper hand receipting procedures are followed for assigning of firearms to agents and submits proper documentation to the appropriate DLA and DoD agencies.
