Managed transfer and installation of deep draw presses including facility structural changes for press stability and coolant drainage and retrieval. Managed equipment spare parts and tooling for tin plate and cold roll steel deep draw technology. Studied deep draw technology, washing and rust prevention, servo transfer controls and PLC controls. Developed operator instructions and lock out tagout instructions. Developed changeover improvements and off all removal processes. Studied TPM and led projects for key equipment that resulted in 95% availability for key equipment. Led benchmark project for Maintenance best practices. Created Maintenance Management presentation and presented for the global Cummins Filtration Maintenance Group. Studied Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
