CurrentCorporate Vice President and Director of Environment, Health, & Safety for Strobel Companies. Primary focus is direction of the EHS programs associated with our infrastructure construction divisions and terminal operations divisions in both US and international markets. Since 2010, TRIR = 0.64 and EMR = 0.69 under my direction of over a million construction hours. Since 2016 I have served as the operating officer of our third-party logistics company, directing terminal operations in 9 locations providing over 3 million gallon per week capacity, including 2 million gallons of petroleum for export to the Mexico market. I recently supported the turnkey Design, Build, and Operation of both the Northstar crude oil and commodity rail loading terminal in Fairview MT and Phillips 66 terminal in Palermo, ND. Previously supported the acquisition start-up and conversion to high-speed loading of unit trains of the Dakota Plains Rail Terminal in New Town, ND as the site EHS Director, providing over 2000 hours on site. Key projects include the Eighty Eight Oil Company terminal in Wyoming which was the first unit train facility designed to simultaneously handle two different grades of crude; and the EOG/NuStar Rail Terminal in Saint James, LA as the site EHS director of the largest crude oil rail port facility in the US (120 rail car simultaneous capacity with a 100 car expansion underway, as well as rail terminals in Epping, Dickinson, and Tioga, North Dakota, Cheyenne, Wyoming, Selden Kansas, and Odessa and Refugio, Texas. Accredited instructor for Dangerous Goods Transportation (Alberta) and Hazardous Materials Transportation (US DOT Transportation Safety Institute Adjunct Instructor) with a special emphasis in bulk rail transportation. Expertise in intermodal transportation of hazardous materials and heavy construction safety and health programs.
