• Responsible for maintaining operational performance standards that exceed our Service Level Agreements in a fast-paced environment.• Demonstrate the ability to learn/adapt quickly to process improvements to effectively lead team members through that change to maintain high performance levels. • Monitor and help reconcile various reports daily (DTC, CTOMNI, EUOMNI, TSS Suspense Report, and Cash Recon Report). • Responsible for providing operational support for the Cost Basis Reporting team in Securities Processing.• Requesting transfer statement information from various contra firms through CBRS automation and manual processing. • Manually populate transfer statement data into Excel template spreadsheets that is then used to apply/update relative cost basis reporting fields on Trust 3000.

•Assists in managing the operation of a Walgreens store by focusing on customer experience, improving profitability through merchandising and loss prevention. •Supervises operations of the store and pharmacy, including task delegation, scheduling, and staff development. •Ensures that store and staff remain in compliance with various regulatory requirements and company policy.
