As Domain Architect II, I apply many years of experience including hands-on and leadership roles, interfacing with technology and leadership stakeholders to evaluating technology needs, delivery quality results on schedule and within the allocated budget.

I manage a diverse team of System Engineers supporting Gartner's Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Systems and it's infrastructures. This includes mission-critical systems such as Active Directory, Exchange Server 2010/2013, Skype for Business, Lync Server 2013/2010 and SharePoint. Currently leading projects to migrate on-prem services for Exchange and S4B to Office 365. Deep architecture and planning experience for all past versions of Exchange and S4B, including VoIP integration with Cisco PBX. Day to day management of the team includes projects, resource allocation, and Tier 3 support services for over 15,000 Gartner Associates worldwide.

At Pepsi Cola North America (PCNA) I joined the Messaging team where I supported PCNA's email system and supporting infrastructures such as Windows NT and later Active Directory. In a short time I was promoted and took on more complex responsibilities, expanding my skill set towards Infrastructure Architecture, focusing on the "big picture". Here I was able to work on a variety of systems hardware from IBM, Dell and HP. In addition also supporting Windows NT and Microsoft Exchange Server v4.0 through 5.5.

Initially I began my career here, immediately after graduating High School, as a Mechanical Draftsman while attending Norwalk State Technical College. Soon I began working on high-end CAD systems specifically designed for Printed Circuit Board design. I was able to learn a variety of new computing skills and soon became aware that I had a passion for computers and technology. One of the highlights of this experience was being a part of the team that built prototypes for High Definition Broadcast Television systems. After a few years as a Jr. PCB Engineer I moved over to work in the IT Department as a Jr Systems Administrator. I managed over 300 science workstations and half a dozen high-end HPUX compute servers. I performed my first installation and roll out of Microsoft Exchange Server v4.0 while at Philips.
