Developed industry leading strategies and learning designs to support the new world of organisational and people alignment for an optimised outcome. Working within the private, public and sports arena, Scott has designed and led optimisation programmes consisting of technology, learning and leadership change strategies. Managing own P&L across various jurisdictions, developed strategies and all content within Ayming’s HR PPD practice including digital learning, workshops, coaching facilitations and organisational development practices. Following years of research, I designed multiple frameworks for various needs across society to support the equal development opportuities to prevent trauma and improve personalised outcomes. Certifications vary from assured certificates to ILM level 7.

A podcast I created that focuses on the realities of being in sport and beyond. From competing to training, life beyond sport, career transition and the challenges that can be faced. Including topics on Mental health, social identity, injuries and how athletes believe the traumas can be prevented. I want to normalise the discussions to ensure we can learn from others and those that may not normally share such stories. Part of my Personal Performance Programme framework and the academic research being continuously developed towards helping people be better for today and tomorrow.

A unique drive and approach to talent transformation through digital delivery for the betterment of organisations and their people. Headhunted by EY to lead global ambitions for business and strategy growth in various sectors. Utilising technology, future trend analysis and collaboration allowed us to establish long term data insight for positive organisational change and business optimisation. I generated over £30m in pipeline and sales for the organisation from a start up position within 18 months. Accomplishments:- Drove strategy and growth for global markets.- Created and drove new digital revenue models, process optimisation and technology enablement, finance effectiveness and controls, organisation design and strategy execution. - Established new digital strategies for equality, cultural and societal change programmes. - Led a global sales and business development team to establish new markets of interest and enhance clients sales. - Led internal and external people strategies for digital design and delivery alongside mental health and well being.- Established over £750k revenue from a start up position and individual business development.- Generated over £30m of pipeline for EY through personal business development.- Extended brand value though positive social programmes and media coverage. - Created over 50 digital learning elements to utilise for various strategies globally. - Led client workshops with various organisations.- Created the first globally certified digital skills programme from within the Big4. - Largest audience for EY Podcasts to support societal and cultural drive for change.- Ambassador for EY’s Women’s Network.

I created the personal development programme at KPMG for current and retired professional athletes focusing on the holistic development and management of their personal and career transition phases. The PDP for athletes covered everything from finance to mindset and everything in between. Having been through this incredibly difficult process personally, KPMG now offers a platform focusing on the value, self worth and mindset transition vital for the comprehensive learning experience of a professional athlete. Led a global team in the development and facilitation of the PDP for Athletes. KPMG carried on this initiative after my leaving demonstrating the value and hard work during the creation of the digital framework. Cloud enablement drove the theory for SaS provisions enabling our markets to have full sight of data and change programmes for good.Accomplishments - Generated the first KPMG global franchise model for digital delivery.- Engaged over £4m of revenue within 6 months of digital programme creation.- Enhanced brand value through positive change programmes.

KPMG in the UK is a leading provider of professional services including audit, tax and advisory. As part of the Enterprise team at KPMG I advised Entrepreneurs and SME Management teams across a wide range of industries on how to achieve growth and address operational and strategic challenges facing their businesses. Personal tax and planning is also focused on with business owners and HNW individuals in partnership with their professional advisors. Following a previous professional sporting career I helped drive KPMG in leading the way within corporate and private client advisory in the sports arena while helping to develop specialised strategies that will enhance the knowledge and experience of current and retired professional sports people. A real eye in observing market needs with the ambition and drive to establish a service that fulfils the requirement.Accomplishments- Generated over £1.5m of fees for KPMG Enterprise.- Established a pipeline of over £7m for KPMG.- Established a presence for KPMG within the middle markets and growth space.

A paper written on the cultural impact within sport and business. Distinguishing how people facing transition or change can be bettered based upon personal development, the societal impact on how they are perceived and how cultural behaviour can have a huge impact on the outcome. Researched multiple sports and industries alongside current and retired athletes, understanding their experiences to establish the best possible framework of support required. I advised both individual and corporate clients on the formation of corporations, commercial restructuring, business planning and sales consultancy to multi-sector global clients - facilitating access to venture capital to build commercial capability, support new business acquisition and retention, and optimise revenues. Requirements have always been driven by strategy advice while supporting company proposals to key individuals to ensure a maximisation in uptake and revenue creation.

Set up, and promoted the PEMS brand to provide tax, wealth and financial planning advice to the media and sporting world:• Attracted high profile sponsors, including The Savoy Hotel and Maximsucle• Negotiated, created and developed a financial review for the sporting bodies. • Clients advised were from the Premier league and Coca Cola Championship - and the firm became one of the leading financial groups in the UK. - Introduced over £10 million in the advisory sectorWorking with both corporate and private clients.

Set up an IFA company on behalf of one of my Professional Footballer brothers. Forged partnerships and created the strategy to set up, market and develop two companies to provide bespoke wealth management and tax efficient financial planning services to individuals and groups:• Set up and managed high value investments.• Recruited, coached and energised a talented 10-strong team of Consultants.• Planned and coordinated sales and marketing events, and delivered presentations.• Engaged with sponsored and formulated long-term business models (still operated today).

I raised funds for various start up companies in the Venture capital and Private equity markets. This involved business development, sales and sales strategy. In this time raised in excess of £30 million.

Football career from 16 to 25 spanned both professional and semi-professional playing. Fortunate enough to agree professional terms while at school and played for some of the best names in football. Forced to retire following injuries.
