As a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services, I undertook a wide variety of assignments, including:* Sales operations management for the Energy & Utilities sector, which included sales pipeline management, responses to tenders, development of IT services contractual documents (e.g. statements of work), development of opportunity close plans and deal board papers, etc.* Lead the Program Management Office for a large Smart Grid application development program at Ausgrid.* Management of a Smart Grid planning and blueprint project for Essential Energy.* Management of a strategy study for a Service Management Centre for Vodafone Australia. Targeting the needs of key corporate customers, the study developed business strategy, high-level business processes and requirements, applications architecture, a business case and implementation roadmap.* Participating in a Network Operations Centre Transformation Feasibility Study for Optus, focussing on the areas of IT strategy, change strategy and case studies.* Management of an OSS (Operations Support Systems) Integration Review for Optus.* Project management of the Data Migration stream of a major business/IT transformation program for Vodafone Australia, NZ and Fiji. The scope of the program covered customer care, billing, provisioning, mediation and integration.
