New position through corporate merger between Greystar and EdR completed September 2018. Responsible for coordinating the process of growing the portfolio of student housing assets through domestic acquisitions at Greystar Real Estate Partners. Similar to EdR, also overseeing the leasing and management of the commercial spaces in our mixed use properties. With the addition of EdR, Greystar has become the 2nd largest institutional owner and manager of student housing in the United States, in addition to its global position as the largest student housing operator in Spain and the 3rd largest owner of student housing assets in the United Kingdom.

Responsible for all acquisitions, dispositions, and off-campus development activities for a $4.6B publicly traded student housing REIT (NYSE: EDR). Responsible for leading all acquisition, disposition, and off-campus development efforts, as well as making recommendations to executive team and Board of Directors. Also oversees EdR's commercial leasing and management efforts, with approximately 300,000 square feet owned.

Led the retail brokerage business line for the Memphis office of CBRE, covering the mid-south area. Responsible for both tenant representation and asset services efforts as well as growing and managing a team of brokerage professionals.

Procured sites for large retail tenants including entitlement efforts and tax incentives. Also developed shopping centers primarily in the Midwest.
