While working at BT in this period, my main focus has been on the initiation and PRINCE2 delivery of a number of large-scale major deliveries across the core application suite at Fiona Stanley hospital.

My role as IT Project Manager was to successfully control software project deliveries, while managing the budget, schedule, quality, scope, resources, risks and issues. The projects I managed followed the waterfall methodology, using elements of PRINCE 2 for best practice. We utilised an offshore development model, with the code implementation and testing being delivered from a supplier in Bangalore, India.
