Primary liason assisting Sales Consultants and clients to develop building projects from concept to completion. Oversee and assist Project Engineers, Drafting Technicians, Superintendents, and Project Estimators in focusing on product design/build, full project delivery.• Budget and estimate, time, materials, labor and cost as well as develop scope for design/build, turnkey projects developed from concept to completion on a variety of light commercial projects.• Negotiate contracts between client and company as well as subcontract development between construction subcontractors and company.

• Internal consultant assisting Project Managers, Project Engineers, Drafting Technicians, Field Construction Coordinators and other Project Estimators in focusing on product design/build, full project delivery, and analyzing and resolving issues.• Create accurate, cost-saving material estimates on a wide variety of commercial projects including churches, activity centers, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, veterinary clinics, fire stations, and residential structures.• Provide subject matter expertise in developing a new cost-effective and labor-reducing formula in package creation. Use this approach to create material packages, take-offs, custom material design, and details for the company's newly-formed building structure to be utilized in many capacities and markets.

• Internal consultant assisting Project Managers, Project Engineers, Drafting Technicians, and other Project Estimators in analyzing and resolving various project issues. • Created material estimates, verified accuracy and completeness of all construction drawings, and determined the scheduling of work and material deliveries by coordinating project schedulers, project engineers, project managers, drafting technicians, plant personnel, construction crew members, and crew supervisors. Participated in post-construction meetings when necessary to evaluate project issues, problems, and challenges to provide insight for improvement in all aspects of future projects. • Assisted Project Managers with contract and subcontract review.
