During this period of time, traded stocks, options and futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). - Served as a beta-tester at four major brokerages testing new features and had significant influence over development. - Gained media exposure through local/national news articles (interviewed and featured in the Chicago Tribune).

Ran a very active Federal Employment Discrimination practice in the Chicago area. On average had 50 cases in Federal Court, all with Jury Trials requested. A member of the Federal Trial Bar.Did a substantial amount of Mediations, Depositions, and Arbitrations. 90% of cases settled within 6 months of the end of depositions.

In 1993, formed a law practice that specialized in Insurance Defense and Employment Discrimination. Focused on subrogation work in the Insurance Defense field.- Had over 50 pending Jury Employment Discrimination cases in Federal Court at any given time.- Completed over 200 mandatory arbitrations as Counsel and 35 jury trials to verdict as an Insurance Defense Attorney. Mediated and Arbitrated employment cases including breach of contract and employment discrimination. Prior to forming Weiner & Associates served as Legal Counsel at Moss Hillison trying subrogation insurance defense cases as well as personal injury cases.

Moss & Hillison was an Insurance Defense firm specializing in automotive accidents. The firm policy was to file a jury on each and every case - thus giving all Associates a large amount of experience quickly.During the time I spent there I tried 35 Jury Trials to Verdict, I deposed about 100 people, and did appoximately 200+ arbitrations (some two a day).
