I lead quality control and performance testing functions to support project managers and other team leads to assess mission-critical fleet training simulators and technical project coordination in Agile, Waterfall, and Lean environments. I contribute to the complete project lifecycle from scope analysis and resource allocation to final QA/QC testing for 12 multi-million-dollar simulators.Among my Key Responsibilities, I:- Maintain operational accountability including budget management, recruitment, and performance management functions, leveraging background in tactical planning to develop strategic operating plans and maximize available team resources.- Was positioned as SME to engage and develop trusted relations with cross-functional engineers, program managers, and stakeholders to define acquisition and software requirements, system functionality, and simulation events based on training standards.- Synthesize system requirements into integrated test plans before conducting full-scope quality assurance tests on new software upgrades. Identify and communicate system gaps or issues to relay back to technical stakeholders.- Maintain total ownership of all quality control functions, providing updates on team performance metrics and test results to PMO while forecasting and reporting acquisition and procurement needs to ensure software and hardware requirements are equipped with industry-leading materials in compliance with contractual obligations.- Translate technical specifications into functional requirements and insights to provide informed communications to cross-functional stakeholders, functioning as centralized communication hub to liaise between engineers, program managers, and external stakeholders.- Leverage my industry expertise to build relations and network with global industry leaders and SMEs, maintaining an ongoing knowledge base of industry insights, emerging trends, and operational demand to develop strategic business plans.

I leveraged proven organizational leadership skills of instruction for over 300 flight students while concurrently managing all departmental training operations and resources. I also developed widespread recognition for exceptional administration of a multi-million-dollar program budget, applying industry-borne analytic skill to perform cost-benefit analyses, develop cost saving initiatives, and action on forward-thinking strategic plans as needed.
