RESPONSIBILITY PROFILE: With Bank of America, I reported to the division SVP and led the international expansion of the procure-to-pay Ariba platform.ACHIEVED IN THIS ROLETECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGEMENT• I was retained by the SVP of Supply Chain Technology in the wake of the Merrill Lynch acquisition to expand BofA’s Ariba procure-to-pay process to six countries in Europe and Asia to support purchasing and invoicing in the identified countries. I served as Technology Project Manager, and using the existing platform, I led an innovation that deployed new processes by identifying business requirements, technical design, development, user acceptance testing, and go-live conversion. This delivered the desired solution and continued to serve BofA for many years.

RESPONSIBILITY PROFILE: In the role I held before Merrill Lynch was Acquired by Bank of America, I reported to the division Director with a $3.5M OPEX, $1.5M CAPEX and 4 employees with 3 direct reports. I managed all procurement and sourcing systems, identified strategic system improvements, and mentored the team to deliver proposed changes.ACHIEVED IN THIS ROLEACQUISITION INTEGRATION• In the wake of the Bank of America acquisition, I was retained by the Division Director to fully integrate procurement and sourcing systems. Over nine months, I functioned as project manager for SAP Frictionless (sourcing system) conversion, ensured staff delivered on time, managed risk, and led the migration of ML’s contracts. For procure-to-pay system (Ariba), I defined requirements and led supplier enablement, user acceptance testing, communications, cutover planning, and decommissioning of legacy infrastructure. This delivered one combined operating platform and saved $5M annually. I was then recruited and promoted by BOA to VP Technology Delivery Manager as a result.

RESPONSIBILITY PROFILE: Here, I reported to the division Director and was responsible for managing 2 consultants, the Ariba T&E and Spend Analysis systems, and a testing team for Corporate Services Technology.
