Vice President Of Information Technology
CurrentResponsible for leadership and management of the company’s entire Information Technology responsibilities including, software and networking platforms, coordination of third party and off-site systems, and all cybersecurity responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include infrastructure, application services, data warehouse and BI, new store hardware builds, Help Desk, and IS personnel management and development. Responsible for evaluating, developing, communicating, implementing, and maintaining appropriate information systems along with developing an information systems vision and road map for effective and efficient outsourcing for a rapidly growing organization. Key member of the leadership team bringing information systems and business process expertise more deeply into strategic planning discussions and activities.•Perform risk assessments to identify areas to focus IT budget most effectively•Build company’s cybersecurity initiatives from the ground up•Implement IT standards and operating procedures to align with industry best practices•Lead and develop compliance related to IT controls, security, disaster recovery / business continuity•Participate in business planning with senior company management, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of technology•Lead strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies•Drive continuous improvement by seeking and evaluating new and emerging technology ideas, changes, and trends on an ongoing basis •Generate annual and long-term IT budget for operating and capital expenses•Develop procedures and processes to comply with laws, regulations, standards as well as company policies, including regulatory findings, audit, SOX and PCI compliance, and self-identified issues•Develop, coach and mentor a high-performing management team with diverse and complementary skills
