I head up the executive search division of Theoris and bring over 22 years experience in recruiting to the table in manufacturing to include the Food/Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. My goal is to make the right fit while holding to the highest ethical and professional standards. My area of expertise is centered in manufacturing where I spent 7 years of my career in production and maintenance supervision, engineering, and project management. I recruit positions across all levels of an organization in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Validation, Process Development, Maintenance/Utilities, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. My career in recruiting started in 2000 at Management Recruiters of Noblesville. During my 5 year tenure with MRI, I earned multiple honors and awards to include MRI’s Rookie of the Year in 2000, National Pacesetter (awarded to the top 1% of billers in the Corporation) on a yearly basis, and National Biller of the month twice. In 2006, I founded Arnett Management Solutions and grew an executive search business centered around manufacturing before recently merging in 2019 with Theoris, a professional services corporation. I have continued to achieve a high level of success crossing the $10 million mark in Production in 2020. I am also a member of the Pinnacle Society, a consortium of the top 100 recruiters in North America, where I have served on the Board of Directors and as the Education Committee Chair.
