It is therefore critically important that organisations can effectively manage a disaster response in accordance with their own specific requirements and with the aim to minimize the impact on their workforces, communities, and economies. Our approach to ‘all hazards’ disaster management, is based on real experience gained through time in the field, performing leadership and coordination roles during both domestic and international disasters of significance. Our solutions are practical in nature and focused on building the capability of local response teams to better manage a disaster response for themselves.
