As the Director of Safety Planning & Construction Technology I am responsible for leadership within the preconstruction team as well as collaboration with the safety team, future operations team, and execution teams. I operate in the Pre-Construction Department and collaborate with our Safety, Business Development, and Marketing Departments as well as supporting the Execution Teams to ensure planning with a safety lens is a top focus across the organization and support the company’s overall business strategies. I am the Procore account manager for CSM Group and I am responsible for our usage strategy, content application, and advancement of utilization and capabilility evaluations for our internal and external users. In addition, I am engaged in advancing our use of BIM and VDC; and evaluating and implementing construction technology throughout our company.

As Safety Director I am responsible for close collaboration and integration with our operations team. I am accountable for planning and identification of safety related opportunities and requirements during the pre-construction phase of projects. This will include working with our selected trade partners to ensure their preparations prior to project execution. As Safety Director I collaborate with the safety specialists, helping them prepare, on a project by project basis, for their role in providing safety support and guidance during the execution of projects across the organization.
