New Product Development - BHA Dynamics, Surface Flow Control, HILs DevelopmentModeling, simulation, and optimization lead for HFTO Suppressor dampening tool.

-Led a multi-discipline team of engineers providing advanced engineering, modeling and simulation support to key projects through concept development and testing in a technology incubator environment.-Developed operational theory and simulation models for multiple yet-to-be released novel rotary steerable tools, and guided their prototype development and testing.-Developed, and demonstrated feasibility of, multiple techniques for downhole control of unwanted drill string dynamics.-Led development of polycrystalline diamond formation resistivity electrode, including electrical testing and design.-Wrote Python code coupling finite element based hydraulics code with dynamic drilling simulation program adding capability to accurately simulate downhole mud motor dynamics.

-Led team of five engineers to provide advanced engineering, modeling, and simulation support to projects in innovation center focused on disruptive technologies in multiple industries including oil & gas, sustainable energy, and mining/construction leveraging polycrystalline diamond technology.-Modeled and developed electrical portion of axial flux generator for use in downhole environment without need for oil lubrication.-Developed new model-based control system for HPHT diamond press using Simulink deployed to PLC based controller.

-Developed new suite of downhole measurement tools leveraging wired-drill pipe technology.-Guided the development of improved modeling and simulation processes and tools.-Supported testing efforts through improved data acquisition techniques and data processing workflows.
