Gave all teams a common language to engage in creative briefs and innovation projects and was adopted by all marketing teams as part of process. Was delivered over months of Covid collaboration with Trans-Tasman insights team and global research company Kantar.Created a Future Innovations Platform and Strategy – articulated key territories of product, technology, experience and social innovation that offered the most attractive market potential for investment over the next 5+ years e.g. no-low alcohol and alternatives.
