During 2Q - 4Q 2018, lead the Onboarding Enterprise Initiative which was delivered on time and $500K under budget for HCSC Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Chicago and to a cost savings of USD $12MM (conservative) annually beginning in FY19.During 4Q 2017 and 1Q 2018 - As the PMO & Portfolio director for BCBS Anthem's in Norfolk, VA., worked with Product Managers to develop the Master Program Schedule which enabled a path to green leading to $450MM USD benefit and $70K cost avoidance by 3Q of 2018.In 2Q - 4Q, 2017, Lead the enterprise initiatives to improve productivity for 15K associates through the Infrastructure Transformation DaaS Program. Lead a diverse group of technical resources toward the development of requirements documentation for 6 strategic projects, including the build of all project charters and program budgets for 2017/2018. Net Benefit to HCSC BCBS Chicago was $2MM USD savings through 2018.

Managed the effort to integrate all RTLS system documentation into one deliverable for the VA VISN. RTLS is an integrated technology solution that utilizes Real-Time Location System and Radio Frequency ID tags that allow medical staff to track and monitor everything within a military Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). Efforts allowed for final client sign-off of deliverables.Also, reduced profit margin erosion by overseeing corporate legal and external legal entities complete timely responses (within 6 days) for risk mitigation matters mandated by Sr. Executive leadership.
