These combined sites receive, sort, recondition and reissue 5.1 million pallets per year. * Responsible for expectation that third party partner might dissolve (such event took place under my management in 2009) and plant would fall directly in emergency situation under my management. * Piloted re-emergence of service center to supply regional beverage customer (Poland Springs- NWNA) who had forced a sourcing point change of sourcing points in 2008, which was directly responsible for over one million dollars in non-optimal transportation costs, resourcing began in 2009 and we achieved complete sourcing in 2012. * Developed Lean and 6S efforts within service center from inception to current state of ongoing continuous improvement. * Developed and monitoring ongoing cost savings initiative projects in several sites totaling near one million dollars, with each of these capital expenditure projects forecasted to have a less than two year return on investment. Current projects estimated to deliver two-hundred and fifty thousand dollars in deliverable savings with-in the three year company initiative tracking. * Total project management responsibilities for improvements and adjustments to both service centers and supplying customers. This has included home grown or presented projects from the ground up, inducing all government permitting (including local and state presentations for approval), through bidding, contractor management, project completion.* Major cost oversight related to weekly and monthly assessorial expenditures related to cost savings initiative to ensure sites deliver on budgeted costs/savings. .
