• Greeting customers as they enter the store and creating a welcoming atmosphere.• Providing customers with information about products, services, and promotions, and helping them locate items they are looking for.• Assisting customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring that they are processed accurately and efficiently.• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.• Processing sales transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.• Ensuring that the store's inventory is organized and properly stocked, and reporting any inventory issues or discrepancies to management.• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and cleaning up spills or debris.• Operating store equipment such as cash registers, scanners, and credit card machines, ensuring that they are in good working order.• Following all health and safety regulations, including wearing proper attire, handling products safely, and maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.• Contributing to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.• Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure that customers receive high-quality service and that the store is running efficiently.
