At Gen3 I am a commercial construction Project Manager specializing in architectural metal panels. Our main area of expertise is in exterior envelopes including rain screen systems, insulated metal panel systems, air and weather barriers, insulation, and thermally efficient wall assemblies. Gen3 works closely with all major general contractors in Colorado, Arizona and Utah. At The Public Works we pride ourselves in our ability to create unique brand experiences. My job allows me to interact with all fabrication projects from conception thought delivery. I work closely with clients to develop their vision, then manage and direct the design and engineering team to create distinctive concepts. I also act as a consultant to help transition the project to a fabrication process - selecting and ordering materials, creating fabrication documents, and making final decisions on how to effectively and efficiently execute the project. While most of my job is done behind a desk, the rest of my time is spent in our fabrication shop. I manage a team of skilled craftsman, but also lead the fabrication process, operate computer controlled machines such as a CNC or laser cutter/engraver as well as being a skilled welder and woodworker. My strongest skill is my ability to manage projects by understanding the nuts and bolts of creating something that has never been seen before and conveying that from the client to the fabricators.

I specialized in Project Management for commercial and residential construction.Our main commercial accounts included Walmart, Kroger, and Regis Corporation where we specialized in managing large corporate interior sign installations and tenant finishes for all of their locations across the Western United States. I also was the Field Supervisor which included employee training and special project installation. On the residential construction side of the business I was a Property Manger for several rental properties as well as managing all of the general construction projects at privately owned homes. These projects ranged from custom furniture, bathroom and kitchen remodels, additions, and complete home restorations. I am familiar with local and national code/regulations, able to read technical drawings and blueprints, and competent in operating a wide variety of tools.
