Directing the girls team with modern curriculum, fair play, teamwork, and social responsibility. Helping the girls earn their HS Diplomas and guiding them towards their futures.

Coaching boys JV Varsity soccer. Full season development plan. Positive fitness and recovery periodization for injury prevention. Developmental curriculum for technical and tactical growth.

Coaching and developing the Varsity Girls Soccer team. Growing a feeder soccer program to include a JV team in the next years.

Daily curriculum for Goalkeeper specific training and integration into team training. This season has been a challenge to quickly develop the goalkeeper's skills to match the level of the team. The 2 keepers never had formal keeper training and I had to work on fundamental hand positions, footwork, ball line, and restart/distribution with intelligent decision making. As the team has progressed through the season, fewer mistakes based on fundamental techniques have been realized. Starting goalkeeper was honored by being selected to the All Region 2nd Team.

Training goalkeepers for Varsity and JV Girls Soccer teams. Concentration in agility, game intelligence, leadership and sportsmanship.

Daily curriculum planning and training session management based on the U.S. Soccer curriculum for each age group. Game day management. Teacher and mentor of high school athletes.Clinic session trainer for goalkeeping and foot skills for youth athletes.Grade 8 USSF Referee with experience in league and tournament play from 8-18 yrs. age groups.

This fall I became the Head Coach for Leslie H S Varsity Boys Soccer. I implemented a pre-season training program which focused on strengthening and conditioning through plyometric exercises as well as interval running. We had 13 players who had previous soccer experiences with club and high school. Most of the 17 players used the pre-season training and reported with a decent level of fitness as the season began. The first team played, an extraordinary number of minutes and was free of stress and contact related injuries.Our goal this year was to advance the team quality of play, win more games and advance further in the state tournament than the previous 6 years of the program. Our final results are indicative of the athletes willing to change their style of play, train with deliberate practice and play aggressive soccer in game settings. We set 6 new school records:Best overall performance 17-4-1Best League performance 10-2Best District performance 2-1Most shutouts in a season -8Most goals in a season -79Most goals by a player - 30Overall we had 12 players contribute to the scoring effort and 11 players with multiple assists. This represents a total transformation in the soccer program from individual play to team play.
