I support the education, skills, and research sectors by thinking and talking about data, especially data that can be used to gain valuable insights into performance and make important strategic decisions, all with the aim of delivering positive change for learners, teachers, and researchers.In particular I look after two of Jisc's business intelligence solutions:- Heidi Plus, the higher education sector's leading data visualisation and analysis tool, giving analysts and managers access to 12 years of HESA data, and- Interactive Insights, a suite of advanced business intelligence dashboards answering key sector questions in the areas of: undergraduate to postgraduate student movement; graduate outcomes; and staff diversity and intersectionality.
